notjust. cycles keeps the fleet, booking and customer details a rental business enters, including identity documents renters upload and the agreements they sign. Each business's data is kept to its own account and never shared with other businesses.

Identity documents are stored privately: only that business's staff can open them, and they are never public or used for anything but the rental.
